“Lean into your superpower of mindset in your day to day.” – Brad Chandler

I had the opportunity to talk to my business coach, Brad Chandler, about mindset matters and the superpower you have. I’m excited to share this conversation with you! Brad is an expert at structuring and leveraging for results.  He’s managed an international brand in Hong Kong, founded and scaled a hybrid music studio in Hollywood, sat on non-profit boards, built field marketing strategy for trend-based business in new markets, and developed new business initiatives – from plan to growth. He’s left his most recent role as VP, Business Integrator at The Hollis Co, and works with individuals and small businesses to define the visions of their futures- with roadmaps to get there. We went into this conversation with the plan to talk about mindset and how that affects every part of who we are. 

Do you truly feel like you’re living into who you were meant to be? 

It takes lots of hard work and resilience to figure out your superpower through inner work, therapy, and personal development, but when you figure out your purpose and what your true joy is, it makes every part of your life that much more enjoyable. Brad talked about a couple of different ways we can find out what that is and the number one thing he talked about was asking your friends what they would identify your superpower as. This practice might seem daunting, however, can be so insightful for you! When I tried this, almost every one said something the same thing.

Pay close attention to what people say about you, write cards or letters to you speaking to you, and just plainly asking them. You may have a few different superpower mindsets you can step into! 

Mindset truly matters in your day to day life, so let’s start stepping into that superpower!
