In this episode, we are talking all about the growth mindset and fixed mindset and how each of those is important to have in the different seasons of your life. Cam talks about how margin is also created within the work itself. Think about it, there are tasks we do in our jobs that we really love but there are also tasks that are not so fun, like payroll and bills. So, in the episode, we’ll talk about providing margin in the things that set you on fire and that you absolutely love doing but also in mundane tasks you do as well.
