Friends, we love getting to share more about who we are and why we do what we do. Each of Render’s positions are designed to serve our clients with intentionality and respect. We wanted to find a way to portray that in a very real way to our audience with what we each do while we’re at work. Because of this desire, the “A Day In The Life Series” was born!

The Render Team

Our team has eight different positions to ensure we are serving our clients to the best ability each day. You can see each of our positions in the list below:

Between the eight of us, we have five different teams; the Leadership, Creative, Floral, Operations, and Sales teams. We structure our weeks and times together to continue bringing our client’s desires from one place to another being higher in intentionality and efficiency (which is also the definition of “Render”)!

Our time together

As one of our core values states, we choose joy every freaking day. Being on our team means being consistently surrounded by encouraging and innovative individuals. Even better, each person is dedicated to seeing their work through completion and to the best of their ability. We enjoy working next to each other and often chose to work communally instead of separately at each of our desks.

We are also committed to knowing and supporting each other in our personal lives. Each Monday, we start our week with a team meeting. One of the very first things we do in our team meeting is to share something of gratitude from our lives and announce a position win. This portion often includes stories of family time, and community involvement, and showcases the passion we each have in our roles.

Our specialties

As Cam and Kaley would say, each person on our team was chosen for their specific skillset! We get to see this in each other every day which is really cool! Between Kaley’s vision for the Render brand, Kathleen’s design skills she applies to each project, and John’s direction to our installation teams on event days, there is no doubt each person on the Render team is the right person for the job.
