Core Value 02 – We are intentional about inclusion and creating opportunities within both our company and our community. We strive to be an organization filled with people who are more different than alike. We believe that you can’t serve a diverse world if your organization isn’t a microcosm of that diversity.

As a company built on community and inclusion, we know there is more we can do.  Our team is deeply saddened as we begin to realize the racial injustices that the Black Community has and continues to endure. We will not pretend that we have done our part, or know the best way to move forward in these monumental moments. This can no longer be ignored and we do not want to stay silent. We will continue to listen, learn, educate, empathize, speak up, and show up. ⁣⁣

We ask that you join us in diving into these resources with a desire to learn, facilitating uncomfortable conversations with love, and having grace with each other as we too are trying to find a better way.
