Then, put them in the front of your warehouse, your office, wherever it is you hold your inventory. When you have those client meetings or walk-ins, you can effortlessly show off your best pieces. Trust us, they will start to sell themselves. Your warehouse team can benefit from this too, as the pieces going out most frequently are close by and ready for load up – total win-win for everyone.
This will make your life, your team’s lives, and your client’s lives so much easier, and here’s why. It’s all about organization, people! Think about it: do you or your team want to come into work, prepare an order, and have to run around the warehouse to find your pieces? How much time do you think you would waste? Or, would you rather have specific places for pieces that are similar, so you can know where to run to load up a bar, or find that velvet sofa.
