The Render Podcast is produced by your host, Cam Petty Palmer, who is passionate about teaching and mentoring other small businesses in the creative industries. Having owned a rental company since 2012, she has gone through many failures and victories, pushing her to lead a great team and run a successful rental business. Our first official podcast episode is here! We are kicking off the podcast with a 6 part series  that will cover our company’s core values. Our core values are what sets us apart and gives us a sense of purpose. We cannot wait for you to dive into each value in hopes of understanding our company and team on a deeper level. Today, we’ll share stories and experiences that have shaped how we communicate with others and foster a team environment. 

WORK HARD | LIVE WELL – We work hard. Like really, really hard. We are high achievers who do what needs to be done to complete the task at hand. We believe in being “present where your feet are”. When we’re at work, we crush it, we produce big, needle-moving results. When we’re not at work we live well, enjoy ourselves and reconnect with our personal values.

In this episode, we talk all about the strategies we have put in place in our business to set us up for success when it comes to working hard at work and then reconnecting with our families/ friends at home.
